MWS this week

Last week was a week where students got real opportunities to learn about citizenship.  Grade 6's visited the Town Hall and met with Mayor Reimer in council chambers.  The school got a visit from the Medicine Hat Tigers, who encouraged us to set and reach for goals.  All students participated in a superb Remembrance Day service.  It was a week of real learning, and we are proud of our students for their efforts so far this year.

Here are some important reminders for this week:

Monday November 14th - There is no school for students.  Teachers will be working on developing our school plan, learning more about wellness, and planning together for school trips.

Tuesday November 15th - skating starts for grade 4's in the morning.  Students need to bring back signed forms and proper equipment.

Wednesday November 16th - skating starts for grade 5's in the morning.  It's also picture retake morning. Grade 5's will have picture retakes first and then travel to the rink.  No helmet hair in this year's pictures, thanks.

Friday November 18th - skating starts for grade 6's in the morning.

Report cards go home on Friday November 25th. Parents are reminded to return the P/T interview forms to the school this week.  Have a great week!
